Delivery and returns
- The product is sent to the address indicated by the Customer in the Form, unless the Parties agree otherwise.
- The product is delivered via a courier company of the Customer's choice. Shipping via Inpost parcel lockers takes 1-2 business days from the date of shipment of the Goods, while via a courier company - within 1-2 business days from the date of shipment of the Goods.
- The Customer may collect the Goods in person at the address: Benetech Poland Artur Rosa, 35-37 Wrocławska St., 62-800 Kalisz. It is best to precede the collection with a phone call to +48 725 652 680.
- Along with the Goods, the Seller provides the Customer with all its equipment components as well as operating and maintenance instructions and other documents required by generally applicable law.
- The Seller indicates that:
- 1) upon delivery of the Goods to the Customer or the carrier, the benefits and burdens associated with the Goods and the risk of accidental loss or damage to the Goods pass to the Customer. In the case of sale to a Consumer, the risk of accidental loss or damage to the Goods passes to the Consumer upon delivery of the Goods to the Consumer. Delivery of the Goods is considered to be its entrustment by the Seller to the carrier if the Seller had no influence on the choice of carrier by the Consumer,
2) acceptance of the shipment with the Goods by the Customer without reservations results in the expiry of claims for loss or damage in transport, unless:
a) the damage was recorded in a protocol before accepting the shipment;
b) no such statement was made through the fault of the carrier;
c) the loss or damage resulted from wilful misconduct or gross negligence of the carrier;
d) the entitled person discovered damage that was not visible from the outside after accepting the shipment and, within 7 days, requested that its condition be established and proved that the damage occurred between the acceptance of the shipment for transport and its delivery.

In accordance with the Consumer Rights Act of May 30, 2014, the buyer has 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods to send a statement of withdrawal from the contract, and if the seller has not informed about the right of withdrawal – 12 months.
The return of the item by the consumer should take place immediately, no later than within 14 calendar days from the date of sending the statement, as should the refund of funds by the Seller. However, the Seller may withhold the refund until the item is received.
The contract is considered void, and the consumer is liable for any reduction in the value of the goods resulting from using them in a manner exceeding what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
