Information on waste electrical and electronic equipment:
- Waste electrical and electronic equipment (hereinafter: waste equipment) should not be disposed of together with other waste.
- The holder of waste equipment originating from households is obliged to hand it over to a waste equipment collector or an entity authorized to collect waste equipment.
- The Seller is obliged to collect waste equipment originating from households at the point of sale free of charge, provided that the waste equipment is of the same type and performed the same functions as the equipment being sold – the Seller accepts waste equipment at the following address: ul. Wrocławska 35-37, 62-800 Kalisz, Poland.
- The Seller, when delivering equipment intended for households to the Customer, is obliged to collect waste equipment originating from households at the place of delivery free of charge, provided that the waste equipment is of the same type and performed the same functions as the delivered equipment. + 48 725 652 680. - Please be informed that waste equipment originating from households, where none of the external dimensions exceed 25 cm, is accepted free of charge at the retail unit or its immediate vicinity without the need to purchase new equipment, by a distributor operating a retail unit with a sales area (within the meaning of Art. 2 point 19 of the Act of March 27, 2013 on spatial planning and development) of at least 400 m2 dedicated to the sale of equipment intended for households.
